I want to ask how to access the DLC missions. I did download MW3 DLCs from a website on a nonsteam version and I wonder if it require me to be on a higher rank. Unless it can't work on nosteam. So far, we heard that MW II will have a similiar Spec Ops for MW2 and 3. I wish they kept it 4 players but luckily this time an AI bot can team up with us. The Operations where fun and a welcome addition in MW2019 yet the problem was with the lack of content, bugs, and ridiculous difficulty.
Only way you can get the dlc Spec Oos missions is getting the Map packs 2 and 3 on Microsoft store. I agree with MW19s problems but here's my advice, I always consider MW3 or any cod games that are simler to Spec Ops as dlc games almost like Gta 4
