at Nijisanji Splatoon tournament, Fuwa keep saying 'iiyo~ daijobu dayo~ yukkuri de iiyo~' which more or less mean "It's okay~ We're alright~ Take it slowly~"
He use those to calm the other (splatoon) member (and himself too maybe?)
'iiyo~'
This could be translated into many things,
'It's alright' 'it's okay' 'it's looks okay' 'looks good' 'you're doing good' 'it's fine' 'it's good' etc
Based on context, it could be translated into 'cheering', or saying that they're 'doing okay'
There are moments when Shiina/Sasaki said it in the meaning of cheering them on,
but when they're talking about Splatoon Fuwa it's said in the meaning 'we're doing okay'
