Thanks for this comparison. It's very useful, because I recently ordered the Simgot ea500lm: can't wait to test it with my DAC and experiment a bit. Does the Simgot ea500lm's driver respond well when playing with PEQ adjustments?
im sorry in advance because im unsure about the difference between peq and just eq, but if eq, ive got the ew200s and they do respond to eq really well, so the fact that the ea500lm have a better driver, i think it will handle eq way better as well
@@bigbean7273got them few hours ago. They’re amazing, worth every cents. Will experiment with a DAC soon. Also, swapping the stock ear tips with the Dunu s&s or similar is highly recommended.
To be honest, Simgot sounds a bit notched mids and has narrower sound stage than Hexa. Hexa sounds neutral, has a wider sound stage, the mids are clearer and resonates pretty well. While simgot has a little extra shrill in the highs which feels like boosted, and recessed in the mids. Well thats what i feel like.
I'll say the Hexa win this, the Simgot has a better bass and tune in V-shaped sounding, but it's getting ear-piercing after a long time listen with it. The Hexa is more balance compare to the EA500LM.
Judging by this demo. I ordered Hexa. Sounds like it might have the better timbre out of the 2. Female vocals just sounded too airy in ea500Lm. Even saxophone sounds very unnatural on the ea500
Two different sound signatures. Love both so it's hard to just use one single IEM for all genres of music. I've got the EW200 and the HBB. I use the HBB for rap and Hip-Hop and I go for the EW200 for everything else.
I like party songs going for simgot500lm

How was soundstage of simgot ew200
Can any suggest me best sounding iem under 80 dollars I like mids forward airy and spacious with wider sound stage
EA500lm sounds better. Albeit a tighter soundstage, sound is a bit more rounded and less airy compared to the Hexa
Merci.
I prefer the Hexa
