      i can do a tuck plancge and an l sit and I learned it in 3 hours, try to flex your quads as your legs are in air then you ca see the changes, ( if you don't do handstands do that first or else you'll fear while doing it.

    You make it look so easy! I wish I could do it. I've always wanted to do a cartwheel. But, maybe I'm just not flexible enough 😔😔😔. And, I'm kinda scared because I don't want to break my bones, nor my skull.

      Don't break your bones!! Just small steps is really enough for beginning. When you feel it's confortable then kick up little higher, as I demonstrate on this video. Please practice safely🙏

      I believe if you keep your elbow straight and start from small steps then you can not fall from your head.
      Practice easy steps until you feel comfortable.

      @@Dancewithobjects yes I did that and now I finally know how to do it it’s not perfect but I practiced on the floor without having any blankets even though I put two pillows in the place I put my head so if I fall down I will land on the pillow and I hoped side to side and now I can do it

      Don't worry, you don't need to go high immediately; practice little by little until you feel comfortable, then go a little higher. Keep practicing, and you'll get there too.

      Practicing kick-ups to a wall for handstands helps you understand how to raise your legs and use momentum. You don't need to hold the handstand initially, but the kicking-up movement is similar.

      Try practicing kicking up with straight knees in a wall handstand. It’s okay if you can't hold the handstand; focus on the kicking up.

You don't necessarily have to maintain the wall handstand; it's a practice of supporting the body with your hands and learning to use momentum.

      You don't need to wrap your wrist for this if you don't have injury or pain on your wrist. If you have some pain just for this then better to ask doctor or experienced trainer.

      Don't rush. If you're feeling fearful, try kicking up a little lower until you get used to it.

      Flexibility can help you perform a beautiful cartwheel, but it's not essential. If you're flexible but still find cartwheels difficult, lifting your hips over your shoulders and shifting your center of gravity are key. Practicing wall handstands can help you get the feel of supporting your body with your hands and lifting your hips over your shoulders, even if you can't hold the position.

      It's helpful to practice handstands against a wall, even if you can't hold it for long.

      You can. I think many people, myself included, were able to do a cartwheel before a handstand. However, practicing handstands against a wall is beneficial for lifting the hips and legs higher. You don't need to hold the wall handstand; it's a practice of supporting the body with your hands.

    I got how to do it but I'm doing it really slowly and put a lot of pressure on my hands. How do I not put pressure on my hands? I do calisthenics so I'm accustomed to putting a lot of pressure on my upper body how do I learn to use my lower body and move quickly through the air?

      I suggest to practice handstand against wall with kickup, this move includes using momentum, bling your lower body above your shoulder.

      If you begin a cartwheel with your left hand first, the hand and foot placement order is as follows: left hand, right hand, right foot, and left foot.

Practicing handstands against a wall is beneficial for lifting the hips and legs higher. You don't necessarily have to maintain the wall handstand; it's a practice of supporting the body with your hands and learning to use momentum.

    Tysm in halfway in but there's a problem when I come to the balancing and rolling part on the hand in not being able to put my legs up is there are thing I can do to fix it?

      Practicing kick-ups to a wall for handstands helps you understand how to raise your legs and use momentum. You don't need to hold the handstand initially, but the kicking-up movement is similar.

      You don't need to jump, just practice small steps is enough for beginning. After few days of practice, I think maybe lift your legs 10 cm higher is not so scary. Then bit more next time. Don't rush, practice small steps until you feel comfortable.

      This is a short video, so the instructions are short...be patient and watch it several times. It is at least an easier and safer way to practice side rolls than the normal way.
