- These are my tried and tested tips for packing carry-on only for one month in Europe, according to this former chronic over-packer that’s seriously changed her ways 💁♀️
I'll take you through the planning process, luggage selection, and clever packing techniques to make travelling *that much easier*. We’ll also talk how to choose what clothes to bring and my favourite (tested) packing hacks, from packing cubes to Marie Kondo’s folding technique.
Plus, the smart travel essentials I don’t leave home without, and the most important bit - WHAT NOT TO PACK.
I hope this video helps anybody wanting to embrace travelling light - honestly, you can’t go back. Especially after lugging a suitcase around Europe’s steep cobblestone streets, that’s for sure!

I enjoyed the "what not to pack" section. I always come back from trips with something I did not use. It makes sense to hear about it from someone else.
Thanks for watching ☺️ And same I use to pack so much ‘just in case’ stuff - 10 outfits for 3 days ‘just in case’! 😅
@@jesslouiseellis just in case it does not rain in London or what if I get soaked!
I'm a chronic over-packer, but I'm trying to get better! I've never tried the Kondo method for packing, so I will have to do that! I'm terribly guilty of those "just in case" things, but I have to say, I went from packing a large and medium suitcase, along with a backpack for a week trip in 2017, to a medium suitcase and backpack for a 2 week trip this year - I think I may end up getting to a small carry-on eventually! LOL
Yess sounds like you’re on track for it! 💪🏼 🧳
Hi! Can you recommend a good travel umbrella? The one you showed looks like it has a case?
