Hey mate, for me (6ft 2) it makes the world of difference, like night and day. I have also put a small wind deflector on top of the screen and now I don't feel any wind or buffeting at all, it's extremely quiet. Makes my commute a lot more comfortable.
Does the Honda logo come with the replacement screens ?
