- The basic rules for a show with Full Steel Combat.
They go much deeper on this and I'll go way more in depth on this channel on another video but its a pretty generalized ruleset you'll see followed (the rest you may not notice like armor and weapon thickness, etc).
Check out my channel for TONS more medieval combat stuff! As always, many thanks! - บันเทิง
This answered all half my questions after the second video I watched 😅💙
Glad it could help 😊

Big ole balls of old
"Only blunted weapons allowed!"

Noted.
Seems like such a fun event to join. This looks epic
That cod piece is crazy.
bro looking like he’s about to give quests
Stabbing strike count if it’s like the wood handle , the end of the axe handle ? It is that meaning a metal point ?
Neck shots /chops are allowed ?
I saw the video of you showing inside of the helmet , would you say it’s as effective as a football helmet ??
Mannnn I wanna try this .. gives me flashback backs to my gladiator days 😁 LETS GO 💪💥💥💥
So you can just hit as hard as you want
Yup!
So like can they be knocked out, or do you just try to get a takedown like in wrestling?
@@creepypastareader2390 both are fine
How do you get into an ACL lmao
It’s ACS now, but check my channel for a how to get started video.
thanks mate@@GrantTheKnight
This answers alot
Is there a rule on how big the shields can be?
Why no strikes to the feet when you are able to strike the head and neck?
Head and neck have a ton of protection, feet not so much
Stabbing strikes should be allowed since they are part of sword and some polearms usage.
So no pommel strikes?
Or half swording?
Those are sort of like stabbing.
Only pommel strikes. And they can’t be overextended or it will be called for thrusting.
@@GrantTheKnight good to know!
Are hits to the back of the head allowed?
@@Mr.Scootini yup. Just not base of neck for hitting or grappling with a weapon (like haft of an axe).
How is his voice echoing like that 😂😂
Is everyone invited to join?
do people actually get hurt? or its just for show?
Yes, but no, it's a sport of endurance and teamwork techniques; imagine breathing through a locked helmet with limited oxygen, hot air, and low visibility. You cannot remove the helmet by yourself and wear a hot layer of wool. Cushing paddings with the heavy weight of metal is a test of endurance; it is an intense wrestling match with blunt weaponry to do blunt force trauma to your body, just bruises, but accidents do happen, mostly passing out. Still, blood does happen if the armor fails, then the game stops immediately.
Yes people do get hurt. Broken fingers, bones, concussions, torn ligaments and tendons are all possible in buhurt.
Don Giovanni, if I may say so, your lizard looks limp
Isso e no Brasil só pode ????
No it’s all over!
Baby buhurt
Well we do all compete too outside a few.
Right?!? Only doing 36 shows and 108 fights over two months? Bunch of whimps really
@@zoltanleafy8746 ya laaaaaaaame 😂
These rules don't apply in street duels
