@@TDCTribe In fmcg , you cannot buy from manufacturer you should buy only from dealers. Dealers margin is very less.company subsidises bigger schemes to wholesale via dealer. So the cheapest rate will be available only in the biggest wholesale outlet near you.So all outlets buy from there. There are separate dealers for super market & general stores. I am from fmcg industry.

2. Try to make value added products and maximize the shelf life and sell it for a higher price.
