That was genuinely THE BEST resource that I found on prepping up for such interviews. Sandy was definitely a tough task master and I can't appreciate him enough and Dennis too, putting himself out there. Thank you to both. I gained from Sandy's knowledge and learned from Dennis' experience.
This was really really helpful. It helped me to understand two things during the interview 1. Be brief while you explain simultaneously be honest 2. Attach name to the things that you describe

Man, this kid really struggled on every single question. They weren’t that difficult either, nothing I hadn’t been asked in a job interview before. Helpful to hear the interviewer feedback as well though, hopefully Dennis listened carefully.

I would appreciate if first, Sandy let the interview flow till the last question and came back clip by clip. Then each clip will be criticized and asked to re-answered one by one. I think this way will have less interference to the interviewee esteem. Plus, this video would be more interesting with comparison and clear sections and less with the unnecessary nerve. However, this is really an eye-opening tutorial. Sandy really striked each point professionally and somehow managed to make you feel like you were going to have the nightmare before the your own interview.

The problem with many 'alien" Asian students at IVY leagues or Oxbridge universities is that they are good on Paper or what we called Paper General but on the real job front, majority of them lack the creativity mindset when dealing with out of book scenarios.
Everyone knows that Berkeley is diverse. If you’re surprised by that as a student, it indicates you didn’t do your homework before attending that school.
Appreciate you putting yourself out there Dennis. Not easy to be brave and do it live.

Great interview and very supportive. Sandy changed his perspective from self-marketing to intuitive responder.

Great set of questions....cant say that for the way DENIS answers cos he mumbles stuff...cant believe he lived in LA ...

Sam Awasthi I thought he performed very poorly. I’m glad B Schools filter against good test takers that are bad in the social domain.
