      OMG, You are so so right about this! Every podcast he does gets huge, especially his appearances on Joe Rogan. But even looking at his older youtube appearances, like at Bioneers, they still have a huge number of views. He could use it to fund projects for himself and others, as well as to bring attention to projects he's working on. Such as the bee hive project and the mushroom pollution cleanup project (which turned out to be extremely successful).

    I really like when Dennis said Terence has achieved a sort of virtual immorality. He most certainly has. It's amazing how much unseen and new footage still comes out and furthermore how timeless it is in many aspects. It still feels like Terence is here with us and never truly left.

      Been listening to his talks on youtube since 2010. I've listened to literally hundreds of hours of the man speak. I've also downloaded a huge archive of his talks years ago. The fact that I'm STILL finding new full talks 11 years later is amazing. The man truly had the gift of the gab. I've heard him talk so many times from so many different years that I even find my self catching him contradicting himself or forgetting parts to his stories and I start trying to correct him based on what he said in another talk lol. That's just a hazard of being recorded telling the same stories for decades. I'd run into the same issues if it was me giving so many talks like that.

    • @amphibeingmcshpongletron5026
      @amphibeingmcshpongletron5026 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@user-tj5yg5pk8v Not sure if there's a contemporary one. I just downloaded a mega archive of them but they were seemingly in a random order. Someone might have though. Like I said, I'm still finding completely new talks I'd never heard and I was practically obsessed with the man. So idk if there's truly a comprehensive chronological list. You'll find a lot if you just search "Terence McKenna archive" or something. Some of the talks have dates on them, you can typically find out when it was by listening to it or searching the specific talk.

    Maine and hello everyone. I just lost my beautiful girl Roxy Mae. She was diabetic and blind. She is a beautiful soul I will miss her all my days. I have been so torn up. Thank you both for the reminder that she is still everywhere and in everything and is hardly really gone and certainly not forgotten. Not ever. She was beautiful 😭 I never knew one small creature could matter so much or that one person could hold so much grief within them. Roxy passed away about 24 hours ago.

I want to thank you, the living and the dead, for this great work of understanding better the reality we are experiencing. It helps us all to help ourselves and each other. And that is especially more relevant now saddly...

    Ever since I heard of the stoned ape theory a few years back I have been extremely intrigued. When I first started having psychedelic experiences, I have always came back with something that impacted me mentally and spiritually for life. I believe that all religions sprouted from the use of ritualistic use of psychedelic experiences. The experiences mold our beliefs on how to conduct everyday life to philosophies life and death through the visions we get. I'm being serious when I say this, when I was 17 years old I predicted the war in Iraq. And I predicted that it would be fought over the control of the oil industry. I was never even interested in the subject of wars or did I know anything about the oil industry. Now I went off course on the use of psychedelics because of the influence of my family telling me that it was wrong and bad. Interestinly enough I would fight in that war. But long story short... lately I've been a lot more motivated to the research of psychedelics, I do feel that I have had visitations from beings (I actually think spirits) that communicate with me. I'm not going to go too far into it but I can always tell when they come. I always see a light the appears. Usually out of the corner of my eye. Now this doesn't happen every time...but when it does I KNOW it's going to be important. That's when I know to lie down and meditate. When I do I usually get vision or I actually hear voices that I can talk to and they actually talk back. Now I'm fairly new to doing this through consistent observations, but it has literally saved my life. I've had a very hard life and also suffered through alcohol and recently drug addiction. Without psychedelic mushrooms I'm not sure I would be here right now. TY Paul for putting me back on my path...I've learned soooo much from you.

    Paul's comments on now being the time for a reset of consciousness, of choosing values in leadership that have the commons in interest, is so true. ~47:00
