Coming in to last year the Seahawks were expected by some to make a similar leap to what the lions did. They were outside contenders. Now, this year is they can start hot and sustain, the ceiling for them could actually be a contender.
Id love to see Noah Fant really pop off. I feel like the seahawks always struggled under Carroll to take advantage of their TEs to their fullest effect. Perhaps some of that is due to Russ not targeting over the middle and I'm not sure why that's been the case with Geno, but I'm hopeful for fant overall.
Even though our DL and cbs should be great, I dont think we can have an elite defense without sufficiently good LBs. Elite qbs and play callers abuse bad LBs. It will probably also a take a while for the defense to learn to implement MacDonalds system at a high level. The offense can be great as long as our OL is healthy and performs well.
Eskridge is not durable enough to be a running back/ slot/ special teams. This is likely his last year with Seattle if he cannot stay healthy throughout the season.
If McClendon Curtis is the starting RG then we wasted a 3rd round pick. Yea I want the best guy to start and I want to give a legit shot to everyone. Make everyone earn their spot, but wasting a day two pick is a shame.
Sharing carries is silly. Goof RBs get better with carries. Splitting carries you don't get this. A back like Walker needs carries to shine. He'll have plays where he does nothing then BOOM. Splitting carries you lose that.
You're doing a heck of a job Corbin! Great content as always!
I like what I saw in O'Connell in last year's pre season.
Aka Cody Barton 2.0
GO SEAHAWKS!!!!

Looking to see Fant have a break out season.
This offense and defense is gonna be confusing for opposing teams
With Nwosu, Jones, Murphy, and Mafe, Taylor and Hall could be on the outside looking in.
Hall costs 2 million, 2nd year player, and John had a first round grade on him. I think he's fine for at least a year. There's no benefit cutting him.
@@iron_bison Not cut, lower on the depth chart.
We need a quality rotation there, especially as the season progresses and bodies get worn down. I think there will be a role for all
Stone Forsyth is the most massive human I've ever seen. He should be the world's strongest man.
My vote is for Anatoly😂

Did Corbin Smith say "the ceiling will go through the roof"?
Bellevue ID one time shout it out
Corbin why are you still partnered betterhelp after their lawsuit?
If I had to guess the locked on network makes the partnerships that the individual shows.

I hope he is gone so I stop thinking of Creed Humphrey.
@Mr05Chuck this fanbase argues a lot but that's one thing that unites us all.
The ceiling is 12 wins, and the floor is 4 wins. There's just too many changes and Ifs that have to hit. It just doesn't happen.
I think there will be road bumps but I think the floor is higher. Maybe 7

Zach will not take any snaps from Walker unless Walker gets nicked up.
I'm going 9-8 for the season
I don’t think Eskridge makes the team.

Eskridge chance has past. If he does do anything with Seattle it will only be at the expanse of developing better players.
Trade Taylor for what you can get and move on.
I could easily see him being a trade deadline posibility for another team.
