It works ! Another added benefit is that it will feed all primers. I did choose to bend the handle a bit to make it easier to get to the handle now that the priming tray sticks up farther. Remember to cut material from the back only. I cut mine to .220"
Thank you, I was spilling primers in the Lee primer tray, and it was a pain shaking it to get the primers turned right. I didn't do the grove. The RBCS tray was a little wide to just snap in. I loosened the screw where the tray attacks to the hand primer, then tightened it. Loaded of a tray of primers, no spills, only the typical one or two primers to turn over after putting in the tray. No tricks to have to get it work. Works like the old one. Shame on Lee for going from a nice tray to the new one that requires "tips and tricks" to use.
Thank you so much. I got the updated primer system for Christmas and I feel that it is garbage. Will not feed primers properly. I was priming 223 cases, 4 went in upside down, 1 went in sideways. It took an hour to prime 100 cases. I will try the RCBS case and eliminate the BS.
I don't have a Lee bench prime so I can say with absolute certainty but I don't forsee it having trouble. Theres enough vibration, even on bench prime systems, that it should work beautifully. If you decide to give it a try, please let us know!
d this on my lee bench primer it works great. i took a little off the top of the tray with 600 grit sand paper. thanks for the help.

I hope that solves your problems, im sure you will be pleased with the RCBS trays!
Thanks. They work great. Go slow on the filing. Keep it even. I got a lil loose on the first one.
I was wondering about the RCBS tray for my Lee bench primer. My question is how do the primers feed verses the Lee tray?
