Very impressive system and set up. As a homeowner, even if I cleared out a lot of non-used belongings, I wouldn’t have enough room to do very much inventory. I am interested in exploring Lego investing and selling, so I would probably have to make my garage a dedicated stock room by adding shelving. It’s only a one car garage, but in 10 years I’ve never parked a car in there.
Ya I’ve been growing my inventory for 7 years. The size of basement and amount of storage is a serious consideration when our family picks a place to live
I think it will do great post retirement but I would imagine it is at least two years away from retiring and may be discounted at someone point in the couple years
