This is amazing. I watched all your videos. You were very thorough. I have seen ads for the rhinestone world, wasn't sure what they were all about. I love bling! i would definitely give this a try. None of the Cricut influencers I watch has done anything like this. Thank you so much for your time.
Thank you so much Marilyn, I watched and watched again, and took you with me with pause and play...through my entire first template...I made soo many mistakes, BUT saved them all with patience. Without your video I know for a fact I could not have done it. Thank you for your soft voice and calmness that too got me through. I made a Gondola, and its perfect, (NOW) lol but there are so many crazy mishaps, not actual mistakes, that happen, I was laughing at myself saying I should have made a video of things NOT to do..Anyway, thank you so much and now I am onto another one....
Thank you so much for your tutorials. I’m not sure why you don’t have a huge following because I love to watch you. You explain things very well and make it easy to understand. Now I’m not scared to death to try it 🤗
Debi Sher that's so sweet. I actually recently decided that I wanted to do tutorials more often. So NOW I'm committed. Lol. Appreciate your kind words. Good luck!!
MillieD I’m so happy you will be doing more tutorials. I’m a visual person & I do better with your style of tutorials. I have you set on notifications so I won’t miss a thing you post. Good luck to you as well. 🤗
Thanks so much for this tutorial, you've saved me some money. I have the Cricut easy press and all I want to mainly use it for is rhinestones but I was told that I couldn't by the Cricut support person online. Now I need to go through your videos on how to make the pattern and get the sure cuts a lot program. I do have a Silhouette Cameo that I bought about 5 years ago but only used it a couple of times because I was so used to Cricut which I had been using since May 2005 and I found Cameo too difficult and not user friendly. At the time the only reason I bought a Cameo was because Cricut had not come up with print and cut at that time.
Theresa Ross if you have sure cuts alot, my first video shows how to do it. Its very easy. Just make sure to export it as a cricut design space compatible file. That option should pop up when you click export file
Thanks for the videos. Have you figured out what setting to use for cutting with the Maker? I tried the felt setting and it didn't work. I hate to keep wasting. Also, I used ss10 and it looks like the rhinestones are too big (even tho they're ss10). Thanks!
Looks great. I might have missed this bit....but, if the sheet transfers the rhinestones to the tshirt - what makes the rhinestones 'stick' to the tshirt? Do they have some sort of adhesive underneath each rhinestone please? x
Thank you so much for an excellent explanation of how to do rhinestones with a Cricut. I love your petroglyph, I live in NM! I have not purchased one of these machines but have my eye on the Cricut Maker, (I sew and wanted to be able to cut fabric appliques for shirts, etc...). You stated 2 times that you own the Maker but haven't used it. I would like to know if I do get the Cricut Maker would it be able to cut the template? Does the template need to be cut with a special knife or special settings that the Maker may not have? The Maker doesn't say it will do rhinestone templates but it seems you have found a work around with YOUR machine. I realize I would have to purchase the other software from Sure Cuts A Lot and that isn't a problem, except they aren't listing the Cricut Maker as one of the die cutting machines (maybe because it is a newer machine?) I don't know if the software is the same for the Cricut Explore Air and the Marker? If so, then it would seem that I could use the Sure Cuts A Lot and export that to Design Space (like you did) if that is what is used with Cricut Maker? I would appreciate your reply because I am interested in doing rhinestones and fabric appliques with the Maker. The Maker is supposed to be the best choice for fabric with a rotary cutter. The only draw back was it didn't say it could do rhinestones. This is why I haven't purchased it yet. And if you can confirm the software compatibility and the correct knife then I will be getting the machine. Many thanks again for your series of videos which are the best I have seen on doing rhinestones with the Cricut!
I love your video...I’ve been waiting to see if the easy press would work with rhinestones because I’ve been using a household iron. I cut my templates with my silhouette and just hadn’t tried my easy press 2 yet.Thank You!
Love love this!! i cant wait to try it. where do you get the supplies from? and do u have a list if supplies used? thanks for sharing. so happy this popped up as a suggestion on my utube. ❤️❤️
prlunaazul I get my rhinestone supplies from TheRhinestoneWorld.com They are located in Florida. The owner Matt does a ton of educational videos and I bought the new rhinestone program from him as well. The new program is a little pricier, but he’s a one stop shop for rhinestone materials, artwork and education! I’ll upload a video on how to do the rhinestone decal today! 🤓
Hi Millie, you got my attention with the Taíno and rhinestone the other day in one of Facebook Cricut Posts. I told myself, I have to know how she did it and later to do one myself. Wepa!!!
Marilyn, I really enjoyed all four of your videos (well 5 actually including the other one you did) and I'm soooo tempted to do this! I've watched many other Rhinestone WOrld videos as he was the first person who introduce me to this but until you I had no clue how to accomplish with my Cricut so thank you!!!! So now my question....what is the difference between the SCAL 4 program you used (what a bargain at $43 and this "new Rhinestone World" program you talked about. What is it called and what does it do that the SCAL 4 does not do? Again, thank you SO much for such great and informative videos!
Thank you for taking your time and not rushing through this 4 pt series. Because of your patience I finally got it!
Thank you for your kind words! Glad you got it!

Yes, they are considered 'hot fix' rhinestones which means each rhinestone does in fact have an adhesive to them. They are manufactured that way.
@@MarilynDIAZDESIGNS Ah, thank you for explaining, I appreciate it. The tshirt looks great btw x

Where do you get your rhinestone supplies? I cannot seem to find a place that sells them. Unless I'm just not googling the right words.
New subbie- that came out really pretty
Yolanda thank you!
