My wife took the rod off of an old fishing pole and mounted it on the front of the 4 wheeler's basket to clear spiderwebs. She took 2 small pieces of plywood, screwed them together, ran a drill bit smaller than the rod, between them, then sandwiched the basket and rod between them. I had to give her an A+ for ingenuity.
My wife hates spiders also. With good reason. Years ago, she was sitting on her back stoop when she felt a sharp pinch. Later on that evening she ended up in the hospital. Her leg was blackened and swelled from a brown recluse bite. She was told by the doctor that she was lucky to be alive. Another doctor in that hospital was also bitten by one and died from the bite. Still trying to convince you to plant a mix of grass & wildflowers on the bank as a cover crop to root the soil down & keep it from eroding. It’s gonna hard to keep soil on rock during heavy rains. You could also lay mesh across the whole thing that’d help, but that’s a lot more work then sprinkling seeds. Now that you’re a real cattle ranch(😂) you’ll have fertilizer for the bank.
Matt, take a 4-foot fiberglass CB antenna and mount it to the front of the bike and it will catch all of the webs before your face does. Works great. 🕸Also those are probably Box Wood spiders, harmless but I hate them too. I put two antennas on the from corners of my ATV and its amazing.
Spiderweb tip, I normally find a limb and "mount" it to the front of my 4 wheeler... which consists of just sticking a branch into my front rack. It does a great job at knocking down webs before my face finds them and it's a renewable source.
I can see that place being more a campground than a resort, gives me campground vibes, but also those airbnbs and a restaurant and everything you plan would go well with having a campground, especially in those fields near the river

Love the idea of bikes for the resort. Sounds like you could strike a deal with that company for sure. But here's another great idea for you to get around the property on- a bulldozer! Clean up trails, mow down bush& trees, move rocks and plow through spider webs with ease.
I saw a youtuber that went biking somewhere out west. A company provided bikes and a guide. They had several stops along the way for restrooms, water, snacks etc.
