    Very interesting video. What if you live in another country? Are you still able to invest in Arrived homes?

    Interesting concept. It's like crowdfunding residential real estate. Seems like they're doing pretty well so far with it. Great job with the review Andy.

      I've been enjoying the platform so far! My portfolio just broke $1,000 :) Hoping to build it to $10,000 in the coming year or so

    What are their fees?

    • @MarriageKidsandMoney
      @MarriageKidsandMoney  ปีที่แล้ว

      Arrived Homes makes money in three ways:
      Through real estate agent rebates
      From a one-time sourcing fee
      With a quarterly asset management fee
      The agent rebate is paid by the previous property owner when the property initially sells.
      Then, the one-time sourcing fee is built into the share price listed, so investors actually split that fee. Finally, the asset management fee comes out of the property income each quarter.
      To learn more about the sourcing fee and the asset management fee, check out the Offering Details portion of each property listing before you invest.

    So hows your returns been so far?

    • @MarriageKidsandMoney
      @MarriageKidsandMoney  ปีที่แล้ว

      4.5% in rent so far! Appreciation is still TBD as I just started this year.

    This is similar to Fundrise. Now given the current real estate market this is risky

    • @MarriageKidsandMoney
      @MarriageKidsandMoney  ปีที่แล้ว

      Interesting perspective! I’m curious why you feel investing in real estate right now is risky.

    I have an account. I put in 400 I get back 4 bucks quarterly. Direct deposited into my bank account. So it around .0009 percent x however much you invest. That's the best way to calculate it.

    • @MarriageKidsandMoney
      @MarriageKidsandMoney  ปีที่แล้ว

      So around a rental payment/dividend of around 4% APY? Plus you get the potential property appreciation over time as well. Thanks for sharing!

    • @orchidyas5971
      @orchidyas5971 ปีที่แล้ว

      So you make 16$ yearly ? That doesn’t look like 0.009 percent . I am a bit confused .
      What are the fees

    This will destroy the housing market by increasing prices for mortgages and rent. How will low income families survive?
