Very informative! I was lawyer shopping to update my will as the lawyer who drew it up for me has retired. Saw Trust and Will's ad on tv so in my research found you here. Thank you for the info. I will be using their services.
Great information. I was looking into online estate planning to cut costs. Your in-depth review of this service made me realize I may be better off going with an attorney due to property ownership and other details. This information answered many questions and saved me a lot of time and potential headaches down the road. Thank you.
As soon as you read the terms and conditions, it tells you it is not an attorney based site, the documents are considered fill in the blank, and they are not responsible for any errors.
Just found your channel today! Very informative and in-depth coverage of what’s required and why it is required including the high level pricing. Loved your content - thank you!
if you establish a trust through this service and want to update it say, 4 years from now, can you just pay for the update at that time or is there an annual subscription that needs to be kept current? i'm not clear on that.
Hi there! Super thankful for this info. Had a quick question as I’m seeing if I should keep my account within the 30 day mark. Are you able to delegate wealth percentages at different ages, and be specific about when that wealth is distributed to your minors using Trust & Will? I think I just saw that you can only put %’s and ages. Thank you!!!
You can. However, large estates can benefit from tax planning strategies that these automated documents don’t know the nuances of. They do offer the ability to add-on attorney review and assistance for $300. It’s a limited scope attorney-client relationship but may be all you need if your estate isn’t over the threshold for major tax implications.
Now is there is a one fee a year or 39$ a month a year after that what the cost after 39$ like 59 and it keeps going up now what the age for the kids limit my oldest some state or difference
It's crazy that the commercial advertisement says it's expensive to have a WILL made and that this service costs 159$..but that's a complete lie..I just recently had my mother's WILL made and it was only 56$ so not sure why there advertising it's expensive..from my point of view it seems this service is the one that's expensive..
It’s an annual fee after the first year. That is because estate law changes and they review and update their documents as the law changes. That way if you make a change you have the most updated materials based on current statutes. If you don’t want the updates you don’t need to keep the subscription after the first year.
@@doc2w534 can you stop/start the subscription; e.g. I need to make changes during year 5, then no changes for 5 years, then need more changes during year 11. I would rather pay just when I need to update.

This is a great explanation for the differences between a trust and a will and whether or not you need both! 🤓
Thank you for watching!

In 2023 it's 39$ for the yearly. Whew - that went up pretty high pretty quickly. Thanks for the review.

I like that now if you make a will in the state you live and move in the state with the daughter is it the same plan to keep
So this service should be fine for someone with retirement accounts, life insurance, and simple assets (car and house) ?
Great info. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank u so much 👍🏾😁
Of course!

Do you pay before filling it out or after you have filled out all your information?
Can you clarify if we have real estate or investments we can't use this service due to additional required forms?

Thanks for your response . I cannot enter the site due to iPhone issues . I need their help to sort thru my problem that AI does not understand.
lol of course it’s a subscription. No thanks I’m sick of subscriptions, I’d rather pay a lawyer thousands upfront if only out of principle
