I've always said it, the only Irish people who call soccer football were the ones too scared to play gaa in the first place. All the friends I've played gaa with call it soccer and all my mates that never played gaa call it football
The toughest is the both of them cause GAA is way more Rough and scandalous but soccer is more the same thing but way scary like almost dying and alot of injury or anymore
Didn’t seem all that tough playing against Australia in the mixed Gaelic Football x Australian Rules games. Plenty of highly skilled ex-GAA players in the AFL and Women’ AFL now. More courageous than tough?
I’ve played both and Gaelic Football is a way, way more robust game than soccer. Gaelic is probably half way between soccer and Rugby Union in its physicality.
@Globoii John There’s rules when it comes to tackles, there’s no proper pushing while you have the ball, you have to use your shoulder. It’s a big lads sport unlike soccer.
In my opinion there is nothing in football just they are just pushing and fighting, hurling is one of the toughest because they are using it as dangerous prop to hit people, and in soccer is the most toughest because they are hitting, kicking, dying, and beating up the players to be shocked to the world, and broken ankles, backs, knee caps and so on
@@GAAShorts well some sports are different to be hurting but playing sport is a great hobby to express but soccer is one of the toughest games out there inside cause they are more tough teams gealic football Is different to soccer cause they are just messing around and pushing and few injuries but not all the time they just want to win a All Ireland championship
The area and fans can make it an exciting match, no matter what i love football and if you even end up with no goal it still entertaing watching your team or another team play
And plus once a goal sets in in gaa, the crowd seem a bit solace, plus in football even if its 1 - 0 the crowd goes crazy, and you tend to be passionate about the game

Yes
I do GAA but call it football for no particular reason other than that I can’t specify if needed
I play gaa
@Shane Meehan wonder why they don't then?
I play GAA but I also say football because soccer isn't the correct term. It is actually association football.I just say football for short
Ya gotta love a sport where knock out hits count as a clean tackle.
Fax
are you actually asking this question? And do I have to give an answer? Soccer is the weakest sport in the world. Don’t even try and compare it to Gaa
Yea I was only joking with the video, just wanted to show the difference, hence why the music gets more intense when gaa clips play
@@GAAShorts thank god
Gaa clear
It takes 90 mins in soccer to score around 1 to 3 goals where as in gaa you can see 5 points in 2 mins
Not if it's a team from the north... and Im from Donegal( north west)
Gaa
The toughest is the both of them cause GAA is way more Rough and scandalous but soccer is more the same thing but way scary like almost dying and alot of injury or anymore
In GAA it like get up and get over it even if you get rugby tackel
If you are not from ireland you don't know how tough gaa really is...
I plat is it’s like a war but if you now how to play it is so fun

Soccer is a lot of diving and vary little intentional knocks nowadays whereas football has big hits and shoulders consistently, just my opinion

Who came up with this 💩 don't see you comparing soccer actors versus soccer players ,
GAA is just knockoff soccer (football) soccers wayy better
Not a chance, gaa been round longer
Soccer is more entertaining and is kinda more popular known and watched, so people enjoy iy
@@mrplanetastic8131 definitely not more entertaining, can often go 90 minutes without even a goal
