You absolutely right every manufactories should do this! I’ll give Skill credit for raising the bar for DIY tools, because they could’ve just made a plain basic saw and people would have been satisfied. Now they have people who wouldn’t looked at their tools, second-guessing if they should purchase this.
I am just putting this out there. This is a Diyer saw! Not everyone dowsn't needs 1000 dollar track saw!! Cheap and easy solution!!I My intuition is telling this was a passion statement and true to the core

Hey Brother. If you didn't know already, SKIL also makes a Right-Blade, 6 1/2" circular saw that uses the same track😲. So, that's 2- 6-1/2" circular saws that SKIL makes because they're kind enough to frame and trim guys to make some bad ars left-blade saws cause we need line of sight.
Nice 👍 Clint BTW people Bosch has that option on a few of there cordless circular saws but sad part of it if your not in the platform then this skill saw set is good for you

Depends how much use they!re gonna get.!! For me good used high end stuff lasts longer than a lot of cheaper stuff, also all of these companies want you on brushless battery tools for repeat business when they die.!! Batteries are expensive and brushless electronics cost more to replace than a new saw…!!! We should be making tools that get repaired when they break .!!!- not dumped into land fill..!!! but to each their own… great vid all the same.👍
