Thanks for this information. Can I use the NEG and POS to Open and Close Valve. For example, POS connects with the Open valve relay and NEG connects with Close valve relay.

I tried heater control using pid-pwm logic in unity pro xl
Even though there was a error signal to the pwm there was no pos or neg output, what would be the problem

The use of the PID block is redundant in your example because you are using the error from the PID which is nothing more than SP-PV. The PID block is not required in your example and achieves nothing.
