    Mommy Esie, I'll share a tip to your followers, para po di agad mapanis ang ginadgad na niyog mas mainam po na pasingawan din ito ng ilang minuto maybe before you put the pichi pichi molder of even after the puto was already cooked.
    But see to it na masingawan ang entire niyog meat para ma achieve ang purpose na di mauunang mapapanis ang niyog sa cassava.

      kailangan po bawasan yung katas ng cassava kc medyo mpait yung katas ng cassava.
      ang iba pa nga pinigaan pa pra maalis yung katas ng cassava pro hndi masyadong tuyo.
      Tapos lalagyan ng tubig.
      Ang iba npanuod ko tubig ng niyog ang inilagay.
      Tapos timplahan na ng sugar, coloring, lye water, pwde din lagyan ng powder milk then steam.
      Coated w/ shredded young coconut or cheese.

      Then palitan ng tubig.
      Kc kung hndi mo bawasan yung katas ng cassava mo may tendency na mpait yung pichi2 mo lalo na kung ang ginamit mong cassava ay yung cassavang ligaw.
