- A complete step-by-step tutorial for painting and weathering the Tamiya Willys MB Jeep. This time I took the shotgun approach. It's a little bit chaotic but quick and effective.

On the subject of painting lights and other sunken areas: First apply water or whatever thinner you use and it will spread within the area all the way to the raised edges. Now you just touch the middle with paint which will spread within that same area. This way you totally avoid painting over the edges. Physics does the work for you. Honest.
Wet on wet painting is seriously underrated.

Very cool, I must say I am a bit jealous because of your working speed, it would have taken me weeks to finish this Jeep. So I really like your shotgun approach in 4 days👌😂 I had the same experience with the ammo dust enamels at my Sherman, it was very dominant and I thought I ruined the model. A lot of blending and removing was needed until I was satisfied with the result, seems like it's easy to overdue it here.

I think it turn out great how do you get good results with ammo paints no matter how thin I put them down they always seam to not come out good
