PVC Canning Ring / Canning Band Holder. This design is a great way to optimize your storage needs for canning jar rings/bands. This setup is for the homesteader who is using canned goods year round. The benefit of this design is you don’t have to open a drawer or try and stack them nicely in a box you simply just put them on the PVC ring. This design was thought of by Christina Ramey on the Ramey Ranch. She had been looking for something like this for years that fit her canning storage needs, but a design was just not out there for the number of bands she uses so she came out with this great setup. By using PVC, you can customize this design to your desired style and size. PVC pipe is also easily painted if you would like a unique color. To build this design you will need:
1 of the 103-F Screw Tab Cap (Item 103-F)
1 of the 90° Ell Fitting (Item 113-F)
1 of the Flat Top Caps (Item 163-F)
1 section of 1” PVC pipe cut to 24” long
1 section of 1” pipe cut to 2-1/4” long
