I might have to try this build. For a while now, I’ve been rocking a bloodied PA build and it’s powerful, but the few things that have really strong attacks just one tap me. And I never knew that Expert Demolitionist benefited exploding weapons. I have a furious Gatling gun that the bullets explode on impact. I’ll have to give that a shot as well. It's good to see I wasn't the only one who set their perception to 1, purely for Green Thumb lol. Although I have tweaked my build a bit since then to include Concentrated Fire just for those Scorchbeast Wings. Great video, was helpful to see why you picked certain cards for your circumstances!
To be honest when I level up my legendary perk cards abit more I'll add concentrated fire also, as I do miss that 🙂 I appreciate your comment and kind words Thankyou!

@@MrPuddings_ well first I used I had extra slots in strength so I used blocker ,pack rat and full charge then expert commands cus I have a auto tac assault rifle the rest is pretty much the same

Vanguard is one of the legendary effects that confuses me, why would I want armor that gets weaker when I need it the most, when my health drops in a battle. Overeaters seems to be much better IMO.
I understand what you're saying, however your armor barely drops and if it does, you have emergency protocols to back it up, also if you're using vampires then vanguard works great also.

Yes you can have more carry weight, there's a mod for the power armor leg pieces called calibrated shocks, the only problem is there's a very slim chance it drops by the scorchbeast queen, you could also buy the plan off gameflip if you get fed up with grinding for it also, I think its like £1.
If you are having trouble surviving then i think there are other options available that are more viable, like "life giver" and the other best defensive perks are serendipity, dodgy, ricochete, fireproof and blocker, but if you can make supressor work in your build then go for it 🙂
I've never used Medic Pump before, but based on what I read, it would negate the need for either Born Survivor 3 or any amount of Auto-Stim parts?? Because it has no cooldown! and highest activation rate at 50%!

I only ever go to that event under two circumstances. 1. If I have enough mininukes to double shot my two shot fat man and grief that stupid non rewarding time waster of an event to fail. 2. to leech it. As long as its not my ammo being wasted on an event that will never be worth the investment of ammo and repair kits you use. I would love to hear anybody try and tell me anything this event has that others do not. They should remove it from the game, like I remove it from the map every server I join by nuking it and saving people's time on doing something else.

So if you have the gunner perks and your gun has explosive capabilities doesn’t that mean you just wasted perks? I’m confused where your damage comes from
The gunner perks still adds damage regardless if you have explosive or not, as the gunner perks buff the heavy guns base damage, while the demolition perk buffs the explosive AOE damage.

Show us the numbers it's doing though. I think unyielding and being bloodied is still more powerful along with mutations. And do the video at normal speed. It's deceiving with increased speed.
I 100% agree with you that bloodied is more powerful, this videos is more aimed at newer players that want increased survivability, and the video is sped up as people were complaining I was drawing out the showcase clip by it being normal speed.
Legendary perks. You will need to increase the S.P.E.C.I.A.L category you are coming short on. Example if you are only able to put 12 in intelligence then u will need 3 star legendary intelligence to get to 15.
You will unlock your first Legendary Perk Slot at level 50, and up to 6 slots in total at certain level milestones after that: 75, 100, 150, 200, and 300
No it doesn't I pretty much run this build for my heavy gunner and it's tanky as hell and I have never had a legacy weapon. So take your salt somewhere else.
I run a build that's similar but I don't use the luck cards or the intelligence cards and I run without power armor. I hit way harder than this build. Plus my build allows you to use rifles as well along with a 500+ carry weight.

The other limb pieces are personally preference, but I use calibrated shocks for extra carry weight on legs.

You only get 49 points to put into each perk you can't max them all at 15
I use electric absorption, the head laser of the impostor sheepsquach heals me more than it damages me.

Why should i get legendary intelligence if my intelligence is at 15
It let's you put points in other stats and still keep your intelligence at 15
Specials are literally different after you show what you have
