We had cabin 8119 last July (2023) for our Alaska cruise and enjoyed it very much! Glad that you've produced this walk-thru to help others. We looked everywhere prior to our trip to find out about this "sideways" layout, but there wasn't anything posted. This is a great resource.

We just booked a sideways cabin on the Nieuw Statendam for Norway 2026. Your cabin is/was right below the Lido Buffet. I wonder if that was the noisiness you reported. We are on deck 5. Love the channel!

We’re booked in a sideways (4123) for a 17 day Hawaii next year. Looks like a very comfortable place to stay for over two weeks! One question: Did you have any issue with the toilet proximity to the shower? Looks like it’s tight for leg room.

No, it was a really nice and modern room. The washroom was actually larger than it looked and there was no issues around the toilet for space for us.
