    Great interview. Love his long term mindset. Awesome that he plans to race for many years to come. Also super interesting to hear the training splits. Many years building a base from swimming. Now he can focus on more of the high quality intensity work.

    Great interview! I just read your website that showed the elite 15 PR's and weight/age averages. I'm curious to know their average height as well- do you have that info?

      Thanks! And no, sorry I dont. I should have asked for it but for some reason didnt think to! If I had to guess, Id say the average for the guys is around 5'10 but thats just a guess.

    Curious how much swimming / biking he's doing on a weekly basis? Sounds like there's still some low-intensity work outside of running.

      Im not totally sure on how much low intensity work but he's told me in a recent survey that total training hours per week is around 12 hours. Results of that survey are written up here roxlyfe.com/how-fast-and-strong-are-the-hyrox-elite-15/
