Nope. No Lennar is worth $450K. Read the reviews of their product. Watch the reviews on TH-cam of their product. Vegas still way overvalued. Nick at reventure consulting has facts to prove it. And why why why does everyone in the Las Vegas Valley need a Strip view?

Vegas might be overvalued. But at the same time we don’t have a huge amount of inventory. So it’s literally a supply and demand equation. Personally, I think if interest rates drop you’re going to see prices go up because there will be multiple buyers on a property. You also have to keep in mind that anything under 498K qualifies for FHA so naturally, there are more buyers at this price point.
