I've tried a couple of times before to make bench videos but struggled at times and got frustrated. I will be starting a line of videos that I do on the bench. Since I am constantly wrenching / benching I may as well make videos. Lots of people ask me what I do so I figure having a video ready for the response would be cool 😎😁👊✔
