I think it’s probably so no one steals her video/picture and uses it in advertisements or just other videos as their own. I’ve seen people put a mark on their face when they have perfect makeup, just so no one uses their face in things like that, so maybe the roach is similar to that

That is just so incredible 😍, like seriously for the first time i couldn't believe my eyes if it is really a drawing or a Print....that is just too amazing....you're my inspiration and my idol julia keep it up👏👍
The things Julia was using are called the “ Pencil stamp pencils” ( or at least that’s what WE call them at OUR art class) they help a lot! Especially when your sketching so that your pencil shading can get blended easily and it gives a really cool effect in the sketch with helps in making it look more realistic!
