Hello. I have been a subscriber for a while. I am a 75-year-old grandmother from the gulf coast of Texas. I enjoy all your videos but especially the cooking ones. I know they’re hard for you to do but so appreciate them. I have made your sheet pan fajitas recipe that goes under the broiler many times. Yesterday I made the turkey meatballs that you make with the stove top dressing. Really good and super easy. When I was telling my two daughters about it they were wanting to know all about you and have started watching all of your cooking videos. They both work and so they were loving some of the things that you made. Anyway just wanted to let you know that. Your home is so nice. Many blessings.
I made a batch of your sausage balls this morning, they were delish!! I'll definitely be doing those on the regular. Tomorrow, Labor Day, we're doing sirloins on the grill with some seasoned potatoes and sliced tomato. There may be a bottle of wine involved! I took a long weekend, I go back on Tuesday, like everyone else, the difference is I'm a GM for Visionworks, which is a retail optical store, and I work Saturdays. I've only planned for tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday, but like you, I'm looking for some make ahead recipes so I can get things rolling for the hubs and grandson when I'm either going to be late, or going to the gym after work. I don't know how you keep all of your balls in the air, but somehow you manage it beautifully my friend!

I also love ceiling fans, all during the spring & summer we run them in the bedrooms. I also have my favorite antique pieces. I have a 1930's art-deco green/cream stove. a green/cream porcelain table & chair set and a 1935 Frigidaire. I also love my Hoosier cabinet and a 1875 church pew from our little church is my absolute favorite.

For your floor in the laundry room. My best grout hack is 1/4 cup of powered tide and 1 litre of hot water (4cups)
If it was a bathroom add a 1 tbsp of bleach. But I wouldn’t do that on bricks…

Thank you so much for keeping this video real. I watch some of you girls here on TH-cam and wonder how you keep your homes so organized and clean, when working full time and have kids. Everytime I see the brick flooring and the backsplash I love it . I might put that in our laundry room the thin brick . I make the olive garden chicken pasta recipe in my crockpot so good. ❤

I would love to see some crockpot meals! We're a busy family as well and I always want to use the crockpot but need some new ideas. We do love a good Mississippi Roast or chicken, or chicken tacos, and a favorite is red beans and rice.

YAY! It's Sunday Reset!!! So happy to see all the things in your beautiful home, remembering back to when they were all in your MIL's garage. Have you considered a whole home water softener? I have no idea how much they cost, but that may (or may not) be an option for you. I never signed my kids up for sports, thankfully they never cared. They were more into Chess Club, Chorus and Mathletes, etc. Most of those were held before school, so not much in the later part of the day for activities. Still my favorite kitchen on all of TH-cam.

How generous of you to offer your home for your daughters boyfriends mum to use. It’s refreshing to see a home that’s truly lived in and not “picture perfect”. I have arthritis in my feet and ankles too and I’ve been living in flip flops all summer and now I’m paying the price for that with pain. It’s all well and good having supportive shoes but in the summer it’s nice to allow our feet to breath. After a cold wet August in England we’re now having a heatwave 🥵 I was ready for cosy evenings and pumpkin spice lattes. Apparently Ryobi batteries fit in the Dyson vacuum. I have one myself that dies after a few minutes on Max power and replaced the battery a few times. My son told me that the Ryobi fit and aren’t as expensive to replace them. X

I've seen people on TH-cam clean grout with toilet bowl cleaner. I tried it in my bathroom and it worked well. Just put the cleaner on and let it sit then scrub. We have tile so not sure about brick. Hopefully you find something that works. Great video.
Your home is really beautiful. So many plants. I wish I could keep plants alive but unfortunately I cannot no matter how hard I try.
You keep your house so nice. I used to be the same way. I had a full time job and then would come home and clean my house. I’m older now, I’m retired, and I don’t have it in me to do much. I only had two girls. But we’ve had a lot of animals in our house. We now have three small dogs. Who also pee places. It’s not fun. I clean in spurts now. And I have a way smaller house. I’ve also been trying to clean out my closet. I bought hangers and then got a pile out of the clothes I took out of my closet. I’m looking forward to fall. I live in Georgia and it’s been too hot here this summer. I love your sideboard and your vanity. They both have character. I live in a manufactured home. It has no character. But I guess we could give it some. We can’t get a well where we live. So we have a big black water tank and have to have our water trucked in. Which isn’t cheap. We’re hoping for a well someday. My husband used to sell water softeners. So he knows how hard well water is. We’ll get a water softener if we ever get a well.

Crock-pot beef stroganoff, Crock-pot lasagna, Crock-pot chicken & noodles. It's still hot here in Tennessee so I use my Crock-pot quite often!!

Get you a pumice stone. Or scouring stick. It works! I got mine at walmart.
We have the same hard water issues in Northern Indiana.. I have found that the black label Lysol TB Cleaner is amazing. I just let it sit for about 5 minutes light scrubbing and it looks brand new.

Crockpot recipe: tomato sauce and Italian sausage links. Low all day, 8.5-9 hours. The sauce tastes so yummy. The sausage is tender. All you have to do is make pasta and a salad.

Sounds delicious! Where in So Cal? I was born in Long Beach, raised in Tustin/Irvine area, went to high school in Simi Valley. Lived in Orange before moving to Las Vegas, then to the East Coast.
Oh and for the tile, I use a Bissel steam shot and a light scrubber on my grout and it both cleans and disinfects.
Good morning Tiffany! ☕ I get blue streaks in my toilets from cleaner. I use Bar Keepers Cleanser for that periodically which takes it right out. Maybe it will work for your pink stains. Have a great new week.
I don’t know how you do all you do! Thanks for keeping it real. It’s all real for us too! Love the chicken tortilla soup. It’s a household favorite. I’m so ready for soup and chili weather and all the crock pot recipes. I always say if my crock pot dies today, I’ll go right out and buy another. We are doing steak and baked potatoes for Labor Day, hot Nashville chicken in the crock pot that’s great for sandwiches, and a chicken BLT pasta salad this week. There’s always a left over night and pizza is a Friday staple. Have a great holiday and wonderful week at school! Looking forward to your fall decor!

I have a great recipe for you and it makes tons.
6 large chicken breast seasoned as you like. I use garlic and onion powder and lemon pepper. Put in crock pot.
Mix 2 cans cream of chicken and 1 can cheddar cheese soup with 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook on low all day. 1 hour before serving shred chicken and add 1 bag frozen peas and carrots. I like to add corn too. If it's too thick add chicken broth to your liking. Cook for 1 more hour. Serve over rice. I like yellow rice. It is sooo good and freezes beautifully if you have leftovers.
Tiffany could you drop a link for the Belife Vacuum you got or put it into your Amazon store? I need one so much to get under beds that won't break the bank. Thank you! As for the brick, I think water with a few drops of liquid dish detergent or possibly oxiclean (and rinse well) with a mop and a light touch will do the trick until you seal again. It seems like builders always forget something and you don't find it until you are living in the home for a while. You are my Sunday reset inspiration!

I love your channel because your family is much like ours (except three kiddos). Figuring out how to squeeze everything in is hard, and we can’t expect perfection all the time. 🥰 We make a lot of the same meals in the crock pot etc…Chicken for burritos, tortilla soup, roasts, pulled pork. One that I really want to try is an easy crock pot dump recipe for Mexican Corn Chowder that I recently saw on Jessica Braun’s channel.
