Because CoD 4 (the original) is the greatest cod that has ever been made, everything after it is just a reskin, i used to think mw 2 was a better game, no it was actually a downgrade, cod 4 believe it or not had a lot more substance than the later iterations, black ops 1 and 2 are unique tho.
It's crazy how BO1 & BO2 are still on the same engine and have a lot of shared elements but are still 2 extremely different games. Especially compared to MW2019, MW2, MW2: Electric Boogaloo and now BO6 which are all the exact same game with minor factors ever so slightly adjusted. Wish they'd allow the devs to make the games they want to and not copy paste every game :(

It’s just him playing an open 8th string on an 8 string guitar with some midi drums and distorted samples going on in the background.

I wonder why they changed the teams on the standoff map. The SDC vs SEALs map was more appropriate since this map is located between China and Kazakhstan.
if i had to guess it was either visibility (SDC is all black, mercs are bright orange) or just making the teams even, they had to split like 7 factions or something

@kjsenn are you sure it's not another one you're thinking of? I know you can play Drone in the strikeforce India mission, Yemen in second chance, Aftermath in Cordis Die, and Overflow in the mission where you're sent to kill Tian Zhao, but I swear I haven't seen like modern day slums
you can see that someone overruled lots of these map designs to push competitive call of duty... 1:23 this is exactly what this map needed... Black Ops 2 really lost me with the map design and now seeing how they were intentionally designed I get why certain maps just didn't work like the older games
@@colorme14 that they made the maps strictly 3 lane, Like counter strike. for competitive call of duty. Alot of the added stuff in these maps on the alpha look very similar to the previous titles. But Black Ops 2 was the start of competitive cod and less freedom.
