Nice dropper! IMO droppers are the one component that makes sense electronically. So do you have to take the saddle off every time you need to charge the battery? Also, the battery in the lever would need replaced. If I’m honest, I’m still not sold on electronic components. When I ride I just want to pull the bike out and hit the trails knowing I don’t have any batteries that are half charged and what not. But in saying that, every time I finish a ride I wash my bike and go over it to make sure all is well so that when I put it away I know I can just pull and go! To add battery recharging to the list of post Ride checks would be necessary. Batteries also lose charge over time either by non use or normal use. In saying all that, a dropper would be the only component I would consider for electronic. Thanks for the vid! I love your Roscoe 9 build:). Hardtail supporter all the way!
You don’t have to take your saddle off, but the battery is a little harder to put on the transx then the rockshox which would make the battery harder to steel and the battery is up and out of the way which is great for full suspension bikes my only complaint is that the Dropper remote thumb press feels kind of cheap. I hope they come out with an aftermarket one. And the battery life you will go through 3000 cycles before recharging it.
Can you make a comment whether you are enjoying it ? And is it true you have to remove the battery between rides because it stays running and depletes?
If you want it snappier and more dependable up and down movement put 300 psi. 280 psi isn't enough in my experience. 300 was good but 315 was perfect.they say 280 psi but I spike to a rep and 330 is limit.
Great question and sorry for the late response because I’m still gonna ride the bike as if I have no dropper on it having the seat position pointed up, still gives me more clearance than having it level
There’s a reason why it looks bulkier. It’s because your battery is more protected from falling out, and the battery is up in the seat instead of behind the seat that would have more effect on a full suspension than a hard tail though. research on wireless dropper post before I bought one.
I love how electronic droppers are becoming budgetish bike parts now. Awesome!
never mind 684 is still alot
After watching some of your Roscoe 9 upgrade videos I have to upgrade my 2022 Roscoe 8.
Thanks for sharing 👍
I own this since released and its flawless. I love it
What about the battery turning on when in the car?

Nice. How's the dropper now? I need one for my external route frame.
Good I haven’t had any problems with it
Is it usbC?
Any updates?

Hey, I appreciate that. Thanks for the input.
So cool!
why you still got your seat pointed up after installing the dropper.

@@hardtailrider7172 Service was great, sent me a shipping label and I got a fully repaired post back in 8 days California to Montreal
They do make wireless brakes.
I hope they’re not the ones Blake made lol
WHAT IS IN THE BOX!
Are you kidding? Wireless brakes are terrifying.
similar to magura vycon v3
Yep pretty similar
Man this thing so bulky. Should of gone with sram axs. I just got a new takeoff for $549.

no warranty for that new takeoff though.
Lol when yours breaks being used and all, and you have no warranty, will see who’s laughing last😆
