I had that yellow with a blood red accent wall in my former bedroom. I really liked it. Recently, I swapped bedrooms and repainted these walls with Simply White. It's going to be a yoga, ballet, art studio room.
I like how you use the ground as your work bench Andrea, often chippies frame and measure up their work on a bench but, you sit on the earth obviously cos thats all you need. Its cool that you do that, natural and simple :)

Buy the folding stand from ridged for that miter saw. Will make life easier. I have their folding tile saw. It stand up for easy storage and also the ends to the handles have smooth plastic balls on them. You wheel it around like a dolly. Then when you want to throw it in the truck you can lean the back against the tail gate. Pick it up buy the bottom and the balls on the end of the handle just slide in. The miter stand the same way. Also makes it so your not working on the ground. Easy to roll it out The arms extend to support your work.

Great job! I used a mattress topper to add comfort to my dining room chairs many years ago! It has held up really well.
