Correction: There is cloud movements and rain droplet effects in ToE3. The cloud movement is far slower and is obstructed by the bright bloom effects. If you turn off post-processing, it is noticeable. Droplets will probably trigger on a higher graphics setting.
both have good graphics truck simulator ultimate has realism but truckers of europe 3 has more of a trucker feel

in 2:30, Is your cloud quality High on TOE3? To see clouds you can adjust them on Weather settings bro so that you can see clouds. Also bro I know that Wanda Software added dirt effect on TOE3, try to turn off rainy weather so you can see dirts on tires and the truck.
1st comparison is dumb tbh, first of all its blue in toe3 because of the skies and same for the tsu its grey because the sky is black/greyish

That rain reflection vs no water on road, toe3 is more realistic. You don’t know how to compare properly, the rain trail is far more realistic on toe3.
