I don't understand that you don't use Y3 and Y4 but stepper motor still run. Can you explain me how is it related?

no need of y3 and y4 here as i used only Y0 and Y1 as pulse output here

Same Dplsy command but keep pulse to zero....then motor will run with set frequency..
