Great Infos, I kindly request your guidance in suggesting a Delta PLC model along with suitable expansion modules that would allow me to control around 24 to 30 stepper motors, sequentially and a few of them simultaneously. Ideal output pulse frequency would be upto 5 kHz (less might also work). Greetings from Germany :)

I need your help,
I shall try to make 3 axis(X,Y,Z) PLC(delta dvp 10pm) operated plasma/oxy fuel cutting machine | In position control mode ,we will have to continuously sending pulses in servo drivers for distance and velocity as per target X,Y,Z coordinates and after will completing any commad we want feedback from ac servo drive(panasonic make) for comparison,and closeloop purpose | how resolve this issue please suggest me any hmi software or idea,
Dear sir how can a servo driver read g code of cnc ,,, is there any converter device we use to convert g code to signal
0 to 10 vdc so that servo driver can read it

I have same drive and i was confused with the power supply required . i purchased 36v 15 amp power supply. however was bit skeptical whether it will work or not, as it is written Ac and Ac for vdc and gnd terminals respectively. you helped me by letting me know that it also accepts DC inputs, thanks

That pulse dmov option doesn't move pulse input
Please check your register...it shouldn't be used anywhere else in program at output
