The Nitze works well for me...I have the bright tangerine for my C500 MII and 80% of the time it's off the camera so figured I'd save some money with the C70
Hey I wanted to say great job on the video! I like the fact that you can build up your bright tangerine cage over time. Also I wanted to know what top handle did you use for the bright tangerine cage? Just subbed!
Thanks for your feedback, we sell a range of kits as well as individual parts. The risers are also interchangeable so you don't need to buy a whole new baseplate if you ever change cameras.
Check out the Zacuto cage for C70 with the rosette left handle and tactical top handle. I also have the EVF mount that fits on the nato rail of the top handle or the built in nato on the cage for my Kameleon Pro.
@@feedthesensor It’s great, the latest firmware has a multiple view mode which is really good. It also has 4K output from the C70 as well as your choice of lut. I was running a larger battery with dtap out but have now got the lp6 battery adapter that fits to the left rosette of the Kameleon.
Yes, the bottom plate is designed to work with a Ronin. I have an RS3 Pro and the plate has functioned exactly as it should. It’s very nice not having to take the cage off to use the gimbal.
True! You can just yank them out. But then you get dust in the ports. I ended up taking off the hdmi cover because I keep the hdmi cable plugged in most of the time.
Yes, that’s correct. The advanced kit comes with the LWS baseplate core, quick release riser, dovetail plate, and top handle in addition to what I got. If you buy everything individually, total cost is roughly $30 more than the kit, so not bad if looking to get parts over time. All parts are on B&H.

Hey! The top handle is from SmallRig part number 1961. It’s no longer sold, but you might be able to find it on eBay.

Pardon the hair! Can only record an authentic impression once.

How do you like the Kameleon Pro? Been looking at that and the Z Cam EVF.

Does it have mount adapter support? Like, if you use an EF or PL to RF adapter... is there support for the adapter to ensure there's less play?
Also, looks like the plate is meant for DJI Ronin Gimbal. is that right?

They make 15mm rail lens supports and also an RF adapter support for the Komodo, but I don’t see anything for the C70.
@@ErisedMediaCo Yes, the dovetail is compatible with the DJI RS 2 & RS 3 gimbals so you can instantly swap between tripod & gimbal modes.
Great video, thank you.
Tip: You can pull out those ports cover easily. It’s in the manual

Hello, which multi tool are you using in this video?
Looks like he's using the RED Sidewinder multi-tool
Yep, Sidewinder. Works well though TSA almost confiscated it once.
Nice! So you said it was around $400. You bought them separately and didn’t get a kit?

Doesn't any body else think this is a ridiculous price for a cage?
