The kasbah looks amazing. I like the switch between handheld and shoulder. If I'm going for a more minimal set up, mechanic follow focus, no matte box or v mount, is it possible to work without the extra base plates you were talking about?

I just realized your Kasbah shoulder pad is mounted backwards in the opening clip. If that's how you usually do it, you'll probably find it more comfortable if you flip it around, so that the cutout fits your shoulder better

Fantastic rig set-up Damien !! The BMD micro converter got my attention, is this for you a reliable solution to get SDI out ? For my understanding you get two signals out so you can hooked up a monitor and then a Wireless transmitter right ? How's the latency ? Cheers.

Try cool Rig. Like especially the way how you use the two handles (one in the front and the other to the rear). Using something similar, but with parts from KondorBlue.

Nice video. My question is about audio. When you are using the HDMI to SDI converter, is the SDI output still limited to the native HDMI output of two channel,16 bit audio?

Thank you for all these extremely helpful C70 videos! Just got a C70 at my work, and I'm trying to figure "everything" out... :)
Quick question: Base ISO for Clog 2 is 800, but if you shoot without Clog2 and just use BT.709 Wide DR -> should the ISO still be set to 800 for best results, or will a lower ISO be beneficial in terms of reduced noise?
    Regards from Norway!

Why use an SDI converter? I just go HDMI into my smallHD, and then SDI out of my SmallHD to a larger client monitor. No converter necessary!

Not taking into account camera, lens, monitor, or follow focus, just the hardware, we're talking of several thousands of dollars. Bright Tangerine is an aspirational brand, I would say it makes Zacuto look cheap 😅
