The Bondi 8 by Hoka is an excellent walking shoe for those who want to do walking or even jogging to get in shape. They are a max cushion shoe with lots of great foam and feel like you’re walking on a cloud. Nice! They come in bright colors so no need to only get black. I think they are very comfortable. $165. 😊 Love them!

i wear 11 usually (11.5 in some brands). For these i had to get 12.5. Never have i worn 12.5 however for these i do. So my advice is to go into a store and try them on. Had I not done that I would have ended up with the wrong size. They are super comfortable though.

These shoes are a lifesaver for hospital workers like me! 🏥 Pushing people around on stretchers/ Beds all day can be tough, especially when they're too tall. 😫 But these shoes give me the extra height I need to see over them, even when patients want to sit up. 🙌 No more tippy toes for me! 💃 #HospitalLife #PerfectShoes
As a Millennial who grew up during the 90’s and 2000’s wearing platform shoes before skate shoes hit the scene, this is nothing😝 And now that I’m older I finally want a pair as I no longer prioritize style/looks over comfort.
The question is does the hoka bondi rub the tendon? Because high-top shoes from asics like cumulus, gt2000 12, or hoka clifford rubbed my tendon and created friction between the tendon and the edge of the shoe?
The Brannock device says I wear 9.5 Wide. It seems the shoes I buy these days don’t fit even in size 10 EW like Gravity Defiers were the worst but at least they have free returns and a discount for first time buyers. I’d hate to spend $150 then another $20 to return them. Unless they’re made of leather I assume they won’t stretch out at all. To my knowledge the Bondi is the only EW shoe they sell and my doctor likes them. Nice review you did on these shoes
How do u compare these to on cloud sneakers? I’ve been rocking w the on clouds heavy. I am curious to try out some Hokas for everyday wear. My dad loves them. Lmk

When you say true to size, do you mean compared to dress shoes? I wear 7 to 7.5 in dress/casual shoes, but in athletic/sneakers, it's usually a 8, example, Nike straight 8 always. In comparison to Nikes, same size or a half size down? Thanks.
My Bondi 8 make my arch hurt. I’m flat footed and got the wide version but I think I’m going to take them back since my arch does not fill comfortable in it.
I am flat-footed too, and I have the Clifton 9, and I have no issues with them. Matter of fact, my feet feel awesome in them and they aren't in pain when I take them off. If you can, go try them on and walk around the store for a bit to get a feel for them.
My mom has a white pair of these.. not my style.. heard they super comfortable. Visually not a fan at all lol ngl. Id get some NB before id pick these up ....they look mad dorky on foot. I dont like the name either. Lol..

I got 17 pairs of Hoka and love each and every one of them (Especially my Bondi 8 and Clifton 9)
Bondi8 is my daily 9hr office wear and also jogging shoe (had plantaris faciatisis, now feels better)

Get 2 sizes above your normal size. I'm size 9 and wear size 11 for hokas.
