END OF LODGE LIFE ? Glad or sad? What’s next and why?

PART 1 of 2……After over two years we have committed ourselves to sell up and leave site. Mainly because of a good profit being made and the chance of Property Equity being available.
There are some issues with a couple of Lodge owners on site along with expensive Electric costs and heavy depreciation.
Our future needs more security than what is a money losing Hoilday Home so big decisions made and again… a lifestyle change.

CAVEAT EMPTOR… Do not buy a Lodge on a 12 months Permit if you have no more savings to support your future or don’t have a place to live permanently and legally….You could be HOMELESS AT ANYTIME with a massive loss Holiday Home on your hands.
