I think its a caramel cappuccino because macchiato means espresso and milk foam
A caramel macchiato is vanilla syrup with milk, (and ice if you want an iced version) with espresso on top so you get the separation and then caramel drizzle on top of that. The drink in this video however is a latte

This would be considered an upside down caramel macchiato (basically a caramel and vanilla latte) in a regular caramel macchiato, the milk goes first then the shots go on top.

Awesome.. please clarify my learnings .. I have heard macchiatto is Espresso shots +1 and foam. What I saw in the video is u have added milk and foam. Guide me pls
It's true classic macchiato is as you mentioned but this caramel macchiato is a little bit like a cappuccino and varies from country to country .
