Two weeks late, but My City is great! I hope you and your wife enjoyed it as much as we did. It’s 4 player, but if you play it 2 player you can play through a second time. I also believe there is a reset pack of you do play it with more.
Yeah we are definitely planning on going through the whole thing 2p! I've heard nothing but great things but we keep putting it off till summer (both educators)
Flamecraft was also lighter than I expected it to be. Like you said beautiful production but I wasn't fully here for the gameplay. I really want to try Atiwa

I definitely enjoy NYZ! I would call it a "buy it on sale" game. So, that's perfect. It can be a little fiddly imo but always fun.
