That was a really good and comprehensive guide! I got the Fusion 1800 in my Gatekeeper, it's nice and simple to install, and I learned the setup is easy as well. There was a few things I didn't know already, so I'm happy I watched this video.
hello. I want to ask. I use this fusion. Why is it that when I use a Lippo 2s 25C battery, when I turn it on and run it for a few seconds it immediately dies.
Hello, wondering if you could show how you added those connectors for the lights. I need to do the same but I don’t want to mess anything up, thank you!
They are both the same. Spektrum offers 2300kv version, but it doesn’t come with the programming card which you have to buy separately. Personally I think you will be happy with 1800kv version.
I have really been liking my spectrum 2 in 1 2300kv. It's made by hobbywing so it's a fusion rebranded for spectrum. Got the spectrum because of the higher kv option.
@@lsnaithe ya that does suck! But i felt it was worth the little extra for the higher kv option. Now I have a program card and if I get any more then I am all set. If hobbywing had the same kv option in there fusions then I would have gone with them. I heard hobbywing was releasing more kv options soon.
I don't believe they sell this version any longer. The new SE version which is 1800kv does not come with the programming card. Reach out to Hobbywing customer service and see what they say.
They have discontinued the Fusion 1200kv. The 1800kv version is being sold SE version (a bit simplified version, but a much lower cost). And they have added the 2300kv version sold as Fusion Pro
Dood I'm using the 11 tooth gear on the motor with the 45 tooth transmission gear, but it fits loose I already stripped one 45 tooth gear even when I tighten the transmission case to hold the motor in place wth is wrong, its breaking my head
I am assuming you are putting it on Traxxas TRX4. Check that you installed the motor onto holes "C" on the motor mount plate? That's all I can think of. Mine did not have any issues.
Love the Fusion! I have it in my Cliffhanger Element build. Great step by step setup instructions 👌 thx!💚👍🤙
Thanks. It should work great in Element build.

Glad to hear that the video helped! Much appreciate checking out the video.
I have this in my sendero HD and will probably put it in my Gspeed build. awesome content as always. love the information.
That sounds like a good plan.
nice motor and esc upgrade, nice install
Thanks 👍
Very detailed, good job man, you're killing it!!!!
Thank you!

Super clear and so helpful. Thanks very much indeed 😊
You're very welcome!
A very useful video! I'm considering a change to the Hobbywing Fusion, so this was very informative.👍
Great to hear! They work really well on TRX4.

I used the instruction and the following video from Traxxas to mount the lights. Pretty straightforward if you pick up the light kit.
As soon as I need a new motor is either the hobbywing or the spektrum which if I'm not mistaken they are both hobbywing. 👍

Have to pay extra for program card with spectrum
which sucks
Thanks for the info.
I like Hobbywing as they include the program card.

It would be great to see more kv options from Hobbywing.
Great video thank you for sharing
Thank you 🙏
I bought two of these off Amazon, and neither of them had the programming card?

Did they discontinue the other 1200kv the 1800kv versions?

Does the Fusion need any service to make it constantly waterproof?
I don't believe so, but that's probably a good question to ask Hobbywing customer service.
How do i run my servo off of it?
Servo does not run off ESC. Servo needs to be connected to Ch. 1 of the receiver. The Fusion will be connected to Ch. 2 of the receiver. Good luck.

I fixed it bro had the 9t gear instead of the 11t. I'm a rookie 😆 but thanks for the explanation of configuring the motor settings.
@FredoDawg91 Glad to hear that you got it sorted out. It always seem to be the small things that cause big issues.
nice👍
Thank you! Cheers!
❤😊
Thanks!
It is call kv
Thanks 🙏
