I’m really impressed with the variety of bosses in this game. It was a nice change of pace from 2018 where really there was only maybe 10 unique bosses. Didn’t think Ragnarok had over 70 though which blows my mind even more.

I love how when Atreus and Thor confront the Frost Ancient, Atreus tells Thor that griping helps and Thor takes Atreus's word on that and actually begins griping about things. He really was more than Odin's hammer and I'm glad that developers made him more than just another Zeus to curbstomp
dude, first of all ~ big ups to you and your gameplay, you’re insanely talented! secondly, thank you for keeping all the gore scenes, love all the mini-game combos, thank you for not cutting it out, it helps to remind us of all the past GoW games, love the raw combat & the double punch of Kratos @ 2:08:58 - so brutal and powerful, reminds & reaffirms Mimir of Kratos’s strength of who he was before : A God Killer! Lastly, my most favourite and emotional moment of the game @ 4:32:39 when Sindri breaks down, the music from the hurdy gurdy (traditional music instrument) + the scene = gives me chills all the time, such a beautiful scene! ❤
It's only on my THIRD playthrough that I realized the sword hilt he picks-up after defeating a berzerker is the same one he inserts into the gravestone. Before that I was wondering why I'm not ending-up with 12 new hilts.
Never played GoW 2018 so I can’t compare it to sigrun, but king Hrolf was so much fun to fight, he is a party scentric boss which is my personal play style, he is the true final boss of the game for experience players and I just love him
@@TriCop i would say sigrun is slightly easier, just cus gow 2018 didnt have bifrost back then, but then i only beat both of them in no mercy so who am i to say

Now this guy demonstrates exactly how Odin is an endgame boss for something as massive as Ragnarok and some people out there going around saying Odin was a lesser boss fight than Thor when they forget the fight itself starts with Odin killing Thor so easily like swatting a fly after he tries to stop him
I love this version of Thor way more than the marvel one and I hope we get to see more of Atreaus and Thrud in the future and I don’t mean romantically. I think they make a great duo. Anyways, great job as always Eso. Started watching you because of destiny but watching you play other games are just as or even more entertaining 🙏🏽
Ragbarok is the third game that i get platium for it because i enjoyed it so much , i was blown away by how much they learned from that bad bosses in gow 2018( except valkries of cours) . There is so many diffrent and cool bosses in this one and a good number of them are really big ! Which i liked a lot
The Dreki legitimately look like something that'd be right at home in the Monster Hunter games. In fact, this is true of many of the beasts in this game.
Have you noticed that this game has more bosses than the other game in GOW series COMBINED? That is also taking into consideration the unique bosses only (e.g only count one dragon instead of five)
In GMGOW Gamemode I Died with Steinbjörn armor against Gna 20 times I was almost giving up until I beated her King hrolf took me 2 try’s And guys don’t underastimate the bosses they can be actually really hard

I don’t know why anyone never mention this but the new god wars is very underwhelming when it comes to scale. We had Kratos dig in the flesh of cronos and RIP fingernails off in violent fashion. While the biggest things you face here is a troll.
Awesome fights, man, really. Dude I was trying to watch this other guy do all the bosses "the normal way", but God, dude, this guy...not using his cooldowns, not dodging/blocking/parrying when he needed to, inconsistent as all Hel from fight to fight, just straight up ignoring the rest of his kit for one weapon that wasn't the right one for the encounter 90% of the time and just being a daft bastard, really. It was like he recorded and used the first try of every one of his fights and used them for the video which is admirable, but doesn't necessarily make good footage for a TH-cam video showcasing all the fights when you're fucking it up all over the place. It really just turned into a several hour long bout of "What Not To Do". Despicable, really.
I have a question to ask if you don't mind? Near the end of some boss fights you would use your spartan rage and instead of attacking, you just move around in that state, y is that?
I gotta ask why does he use the bifrost relic instead of the strength boosting relic that has the same or similar cool down. Wouldn't that be better for his style?
Is there anyway to replay boss fights without going back through the whole story? I guess making manual saves could work, but it would be nice if there was a replay option.

Unfortunately I missed a single boss that spawns later in the game in The Plains, that doesn't count towards 100% or anything, and after I had already fully explored that zone. Tbh, Heimdall was a super easy boss. Was able to first time him with no deaths. The no damage is still legit tho, but not as impressive with him.
