@@wokeil There are healthy ways to vent anger, or frustration that can feel pretty good. One of my go to's is throwing on some deathcore and stomping demons brains in on DOOM. You should try it out. Mad is just another emotion that describes us, not inherently bad or good. Having a healthy relationship with your emotions is huge.

That's the downside of social media, we see these almost impossible expectations of people everyday, that's extremely rare to meet in real life. Modern society just has too high of standards when looking for a partner. Its sad but reality, but a positive thing is that it's a downfall for the person with the high expectations. As you see in the video she ended up lonely. If someone does possess those high standard traits, they probably want someone on their level.

I agree the contestants in the show are petty, but I don't think it's weird at all that she pushed the button on the guy who got upset by the pictures his ex girlfriend was uploading. First of all, that is like a... well a pretty common red flag for a lot of girls, not all, but a lot, and it will certainly be a red flag for any girl who themselves posts pictures like that online, which she said she did. If I were ever on a show like this, this is probably how I'd play it. I'd be like "Hey nice to meet you. Have you ever heard of the Prisoner's Dilemma?" and go on to briefly explain that in variants like this dating show, you're incentivized to Steal, Press the Button etc. "Now, we're probably both here because at least on some level deep down, we're both interested in genuinely meeting someone. The problem is that we end up so worried about the button that it's difficult to have a real moment with the person in front of you. So this is what I suggest. Yeah there's a chance that the other person decides they'll take their chances to try and catch you off guard, but I think it gives you a really good shot of having a real conversation with the person, and even if you survive the round, you come across really well to the people in the other room watching you too.

this is an excellent strategy that would work on a caring, intelligent women who likes to listen to you. Unfortunately, that's none of the people on this show lol (nor is it really any of the people who live on the West Coast), so you'd have the button pushed on you immediately and then you'd be called a nerd or a weirdo and then they'd move on to next while you get real sad.
