You are improving every day Lindy. Don't ever feel guilty to need alot of sleep. Healing is such a big process in every way. Just know you are improving so much every day. Your figure looks amazing!!! You did it. Fantastic. 😊❤❤❤
Hey Lindy, I think you look great ! Hope your energy improves in the next week. I think these ups and downs are perfecty normal. I slept soo badly after surgery and that made a great impact om how I felt during the day. Also regaining my independence was important for my mood. That all improved after a few weeks. I hope the same goes for you, a little bit better every day 😘
Thanks Liesbeth xo Energy definitely on the rise thankfully, movement getting easier by the day too. Mental health is also on the way back up. Everything going well at 14 days (except sleeping on my elevated back 😢😢😢)
hiya from a rare, rainy night in Arizona. your needing to rely on others is temporary. mine is permanent. gosh, that was more upsetting than i realized to say. you’ll be back at your “ normal” maybe a new normal? very soon. seems like a long time now, but you can look back on these videos and see how far youve come. it seems like not long ago you were having treatments and all of that part of the journey…now you have your new body to fashion. it’s going to be great! everything will fall into place soon. you are young and have tons of energy (omg! girl!🎉) and i enjoy your chickens. hang in there mamí cause it’s going to be ok❤
Hi Lindy what a hell of a ride!! You really have been through it. Looks like you are now coming out the other end but you are bound to be recovering for some weeks to come. It's been such huge surgery Lindy so definitely take plenty of rest. I would say to be mentally fragile during this process is totally expected as your body will be in shock and you have the physical restrictions to work around. Just be kind to yourself and allow time to heal you. Sending love and prayers. ❤❤❤❤❤🤗🙏💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐Xxx
Hi, Lindy. What a roller coaster ride, huh? You're still healing, lady; give yourself a break. Sleep, rest, whatever your body tells you it needs. Never base your recovery on what or how other people are doing. You never know if they are telling you everything or not. Maybe they're not so honest and don't share their bad times. You do you. Take care of yourself. Live, love, laugh, prayers, and peace. xo
Thanks Kathy. You are correct, just because I’m honest and authentic is showing it all in my journey, doesn’t mean others show the same. I’m definitely feeling a bit better every day though xo
Sleep is currently my nemesis. Sleeping upright is not fun or easy. I generally sit around 110 systolic and often dip to low 90s after/during treatment/illness/surgery etc
Your Vlog has helped me so much! I’m having my DIEP surgery on July 9. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
I’m so happy for you 😘..Praying for you to have peace & joy that just floods out all that anxiety!! Much Love to you! 😊😊
Thanks so much. Definitely feeling better
I’m glad you’re on the mend and feeling better 😊
Lindy you’re doing great! Mentally is hard but very understandable. Be kind to yourself and rest. You look fantastic!!🩷💪🏻
