Hey, I've been loving briar.
You've showcased so many builds - I want to learn which ones to build into different comps.
Like, what to build and what runes to use against:
tank-heavy team.
full squishy team.
full ap team.
full ad team.
ad/ap mix team.
cc heavy team.
etc.
I'm still learning to itemize on briar cause she just has so many different ways to play.
From what i see at least at his last videos his core items are botrk and black cleaver , and after titanic or spirit visage maybe vs mage team. Dunno , i just recently discovered this channel.
I guess Heartsteel can be good too but if you build it first item you won't have damage to kill. And if you build it last item no time to stuck it. Also if game lasts 20 - 25 minutes you also have no time to stuck it. Probably logan already tried it in some video that i didn't saw.
@@savvascafe2 Yeah that does seem to be his go-to. I've been going primarily crit briar. I'm dropping 25 kills or 2 kills depending on their comp lmao. Collector, Yun Tal, Lord Doms
@@wojtekthegreat2115 I think logan has also one crit briar video i saw earlier , he started with collector and infinity second item , and after i think lord dominik or the other with anti heal ... one of those two.

It would take WAYYYY to long to fully explain everything but I will give you what you need.
Bruiser is the best > Lethality is second best > Everything else is game dependent or player dependent.
Pick your best / favorite build and learn good itemization.
You listed a bunch of teams but that doesn't take into account your team and what your team needs. This game is CRAZY. Just keep learning, don't skip steps and it will work out.

@@SvedosTrippin actually Kayn can totally destroy Briar, unless Briar gets super fed early. If Briar goes lethality, crit, Kayn can go blue easily oneshot you. He also can go red both lethality and bruser and he will still kill you. If Briar goes bruser Kayn chooses red form and it's still lose for Briar. I played both champs many times and I can say it's Kayn favourite matchup, ofc if Kayn is good.

Dude, I'm mono briar too, try titanic hydra, it combines with life items like overslord, it's also really fun to reset your att before you bite W, it's not extremely op, but it's fun content, I'm your fan from Brazil

11:53 true this is always my pathing and goal when playing jg (with briar always ofc love spamming her) I usually mute my top lane if he starts to ping a lot and complain "why jg no gank?" type of chatting. Well because its true pathing to bot side is OP and secures the W in every game. In my opinion Top is just another different game if you don't play Top Fundamentals (shout out to Alois) you wont be able to win your lane and that's just Top diff in my book.
Yeah agreed, I do gank top if I see the enemy just no brain our top and go under our turret but if they're at a constant stalemate I'm definitely not prioritising them

Wait the thing with W2 at 18:12 not going off has been happening to me a lot as well in my games! I always try to delay it as long as possible to get the max dmg but i've had that happen to me more times than I count now since latest patch dropped. No clue what's going on there.

What do you think is the best Briar build? In my opinion its the Conq titanic hydra first item into bruiser items, ive played probably like 80 games of briar this season with a 75% winrate with this build
Conq / Titanic is def solid
Pta botrk Bc is def slightly better overall but titanic has some games where it’s better

@@L0ganJGs what do you think of transcendence and gathering storm for low elo games where they last longer? The average game is like 30 minutes. Or would boots be still better? And how good is Jack on Briar? She does build 10 different stats in the botrk builds and there's an even split of ap and ad dmg on the enemy team (atk, ls, ah, aspd, armor, hp, tenacity, mr, ms, hp regen) Also what about the dominion tree? I see most people running it but I can't see the benefits that much
Another question is: is there a clear winner between titanic + bc vs botrk + bc assuming there's only one bruiser/tank on the enemy team? I tried both and it feels like usually titanic is better due to the extra hp since the dmg is about the same with the aa reset in a single w duration against sqishies (I almost never get a second w in during most fights)

Clear winner is universally BOTRK BC / But Titanic has situations when it’s better

I know going blue kayn was the right play because you guys had 3 range (3 softies) but the correct form there was red kayn because red hard counters briar either bruiser or lethality red kayn can hard counter briar. I always go red kayn when my briar gets stolen on picking phase. wish I could have seen an intense jg battle with you two but the game is just one sided lmao
