Thank you for this wonderful & informative video! I'm mostly a side sleeper and usually run a little hot so would go with the mattress that is cooling and supports my alignment. The Birch mattress would probably be my first choice!

Mattress experience so far… Bear hybrid is awesome (slept on one for 3 years)… Wink Bed sucks (luxury firm) - it feels mushy, the top layer feels cheap.

I literally started to sleep on my reclining couch, because I have been waking up in the most excruciating pain when getting out of bed. I was in a really bad car accident several years ago and my back pain just continues to get worse. My bed isn't that old, it's just not the right one or a very good one.
Check out squat university for your back pain. There are some exercises that will definitely help you
I bough my matress 2 years ago it has been awful since day 1.Its to soft and hurt my hips. I should have done more research. 😪 thank you for this video. It's very helpful

Meanwhile I sleep on 1-2" thick cotton mattress (gadda) and have no problem.
We have those foam mattress from good companies and I find them more irritating.

Not a fan of Helix mattress, off gas 2-3 weeks and lower back pain, sinks in way too much, only 165 lbs, no edge support.
