@@dzcasanova8840 it works by giving the system a slight shock, for example when our adrenaline spikes very quickly like when we nearly fall down but catch ourselves and think that was close! For a second or two we are in trance our brain kind of shuts off for a second and we become prone to suggestion. That's why it has to be at the same time as you say sleep and drop your hand in one movement. I had to practice this until I got it down, the more I practiced the more confident I became. People can sense if you aren't confident in what you are doing and that will of course affect your results. You have to really believe it will work and it will! I don't use this on my clients that have anxiety or stress but that is just my preference. I want them to have a very relaxing experience the whole session and it maybe slower but people appreciate the feeling of relaxation when they seem to always be tense. I use this more on perspective clients to show them the power of their own mind and I make it playful. For instance as I am using a short deepener, I will add the suggestion that they are going to come out feeling energetic yet relaxed. I also bring them back out as a deepener, meaning the next time I say sleep I use a snap and they go back down 20 times deeper and then I use the suggestions I want to use such as their feet are stuck or they forget their name ect. There is an art to it but practice is going to be your best friend. Even if you've used it on the same person over and over you're getting used to the verbiage and you'll be smooth in your delivery. You can do this easily and effectively if you believe you can. Also I have learned that the best Hypnotherapists will use the fact they didn't go into hypnosis (these are the very resistant ones I have found) to their advantage. I just simply said ok I bet you didn't know that the more you giggle and the bigger you smile the deeper you can go so let's try this. It's all in the wording and how you think on your feet.

With any rapid, we suggest going straight into general deepening suggestions (e.g. "deeper, deeper, deeper) and then you can use any deepener of your choice. The key thing is to use deepening suggestions straight away first.
This is a rapid induction. The main intention is to help someone go into hypnosis rapidly. There are fundamentally two types of induction; progressive and rapid. Some clients prefer progressive, others rapid. Some people expect a certain approach. Some situations benefit from one type or another, as do some techniques. It is good to have a range of inductions available to you, so you can choose the best approach for the person.

Hi. Thanks for commenting. Yes, absolutely! The pre-talk sets the context and tells the person you are hypnotising what their role is. Even better if you can adapt your pre-talk to suit the person and context.
If it doesn't work for someone, we recommend moving on to a different type of induction, rather than repeating the same one numerous times (as it is unlikely to work the second time if it didn't the first). Maybe look at your set up, pre-talk, and test suggestibility too, to ensure a rapid induction is the right choice for the person you're hypnotising.

It didn’t work how do you do it
Depending on your knowledge and experience, you may benefit from help developing your set up. For example, if people don't know what hypnosis is (pre-talk), they may not engage. If they are expecting relaxation (managing expectations), they may not engage. This is a really effective induction when all the necessary factors are in place.

Hi there, please can you advise if the discount code is still valid... just tried to redeem it but had no joy.... currently reading Rorys book guidebook on rapid inductions.... very good indeed
Definitely does not
When watched at 1/4x speed, it looks liek she goes to sleep before he finished saying to do so
It really can be that quick.
is it real ?
Yes 100%
Hi buddy
Read u should not do this induction standing the person might fall forward and hurt himself
If you're not experienced and dont know how to manage it, then 100%. I probably wrote something similar in my own rapid induction guidebook - safety first! 😀 Rory
Any pretalk?
Hi. Thanks for commenting. Yes, absolutely! The pre-talk sets the context and tells the person you are hypnotising what their role is. Even better if you can adapt your pre-talk to suit the person and context.
❤❤😮
Vibing cat.
it didnt work multiple times
If it doesn't work for someone, we recommend moving on to a different type of induction, rather than repeating the same one numerous times (as it is unlikely to work the second time if it didn't the first).
Maybe look at your set up, pre-talk, and test suggestibility too, to ensure a rapid induction is the right choice for the person you're hypnotising.
I wonder: Can not she lie in a comfortable chair? Sweden🇸🇪
Hi. Britt. This was demonstrated standing for ease of viewing. When you are working with a client, you are likely to have them seated in a comfortable chair.
I cant make it

how long is a safe time to leave someone like this as i want to do it to my girlfriend and play my game in peace
Hypnosis is a maintained state, so generally you will need to keep going with your suggestions. If your girlfriend wants to be in hypnosis, maybe teach her self-hypnosis, so she can work on something beneficial for her and do that while you are playing your game.

Fake
Hi. Thanks for commenting. To those who don't know about hypnosis, it can seem unreal. Feel free to have a look at some of our other videos where we explain the process. Also, we have lots of blogs that help you develop an understanding of what hypnosis actually is, how it is created and how you can recognise a hypnotic state.
Should'nt 've used stooge, who couldn't play for the life of her
Kate is not a 'stooge', she is actually the trainer on our hypnotherapy course. If you'd like to learn about the signs of hypnosis, so you can actually tell when someone is hypnotised, check out our website.

Did not work
Keep trying, and with different people. It does not work with everyone, but it does work. :-)
