I think I finally know why this team isn't doing too well. Seeing these past 4 games, this team relies too much on Booster Energy Val to do things in late game. On this squad I think Life Orb, Specs or Band would yield better results. Your team kind of needs a good fast breaker. I reeeeally love your momentum core, which makes me sadder when you can't really take advantage of it with a strong fast attacker like Val, which really appreciates your momentum spam a lot. And with Tera breaking the opponents team is super easy too. I think Val isn't the cleaner you want to have with your squad, other mons on your team are also great cleaners and wincons, like Scizor! Scizor does an amazing job if Val can soften up the opposing team, or something stylish like DD Hydreigon could also put in some amazing work after Valiant. Looking forward to rest of the season tho!
Lil extra, I also love Hoopa as breaker, but if you don't bring it to a game it kinda struggles with bulkier mons or medium fast mons imo
I’ve definitely been throwing in prep a bit just being a bit too linear with the valiant sets. I agree I should def be using more as a breaker especially with all the momentum I have on the squad! And like you said I have other mons that can function as wincon/cleaners. Thanks for the comment!
